Shipping policy

1. Geographic Delivery Coverage

We exclusively ship to the 27 Member States of the European Union (EU) and the non-EU European Economic Area (EEA) countries: Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein. We do not offer physical delivery to any countries outside of these defined zones.

2. Shipping Rates and Free Delivery

We believe in simple, transparent pricing for all our European customers:

Standard Shipping: A flat-rate shipping fee of €10 applies to all orders, regardless of your destination country within the EU or EEA (Except Poland).
Poland: We offer delivery via DPD and InPost at a flat rate of €3.
Free Shipping Promotion: We offer free shipping on all orders with a total cart value of €40 or more.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes for EEA Countries

While orders shipped within the EU single market are not subject to customs fees, deliveries to Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein require formal customs clearance.

Customer Responsibility: All shipments to these non-EU EEA countries are sent under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms. This means the buyer acts as the Importer of Record and is solely responsible for paying any local Value Added Tax (VAT), standard import duties, and customs administration fees required by local authorities.
2026 Customs Reform Notice: Please be aware that effective July 1, 2026, the €150 duty exemption threshold for low-value goods was abolished. A fixed customs duty of €3 is now applied per individual customs tariff heading (item category) in your order. If your order contains different types of products (e.g., a shirt and a cosmetic item), multiple €3 charges will be assessed by customs.
If a package is returned to us because of unpaid customs duties or taxes, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.

4. Fair Access and Geo-blocking Compliance

In compliance with the EU Geo-blocking Regulation, customers from any EU or EEA member state can freely browse our website, access the same prices, and make purchases using their preferred local electronic payment methods without any geographical discrimination. Customers from other EU/EEA countries are welcome to purchase goods, but physical delivery must take place at an address within our covered delivery zones.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Under EU consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to withdraw from your purchase after receiving your goods, without needing to provide a reason.

Initiating a Return: You may initiate your return by submitting a standard model withdrawal form (see Annex below) or by emailing our support team at with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for bearing the direct costs of returning the goods to our facility at:.
Refunds: Once you initiate a return, we will process your refund within 14 days. This refund will cover the cost of the goods and the original €10 standard delivery charge. Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or you have provided evidence of having shipped them back.
Condition of Goods: Products must be returned in their original condition. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Consumer Rights Notice: This policy serves as your formal notification of your return rights on a durable medium. Under Polish law, failure to provide you with this information would legally extend your return window to 12 months and 14 days.
