I. General Provisions and Corporate Identity
This document defines the rules for using the online store available at arameia.com, the rules for providing electronic services, and the conditions for concluding sales agreements.
The store is operated by Szymon Duda Arameia, a sole proprietorship (Jednoosobowa Działalność Gospodarcza) registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG) , headquartered at Sebastiana Klonowica 16/11, Lublin 20-442 Poland, NIP: 9462760684, REGON: 543280370.
Contact with the seller is possible via email at hello@arameia.com and by phone at +48 511 333 115.
II. Provision of Electronic Services and Accessibility
Pursuant to the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, the store provides services such as account registration, order processing, and newsletter distribution.
Technical Requirements: To ensure the full functionality of the store, such as processing the shopping cart, the user must have a device with internet access, an active email account, and a standard web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox) with cookies enabled.
Accessibility (EAA): In compliance with the European Accessibility Act, this platform is designed to be accessible to users with disabilities. Users requiring alternative communication methods can contact us via hello@arameia.com.
Users are strictly prohibited from submitting unlawful content to the platform's systems. The store pre-moderates all user-submitted content (including product reviews) before publication. Content will be rejected and not published if it contains: illegal material, pornography or sexually explicit content, hate speech, spam or advertising for third-party services, personal data of third parties, or content entirely unrelated to the product.
III. Order Processing and Pricing Transparency (Omnibus Directive)
Prices do not include VAT due to the seller's subjective tax exemption. The seller issues a non-VAT invoice (faktura bez VAT) for purchases.
Promotional Pricing: In the event of a price reduction, the store explicitly displays the "Lowest price in 30 days prior to reduction" (in Polish: "Najniższa cena z 30 dni przed obniżką") alongside the current promotional price.
A sales contract is legally concluded at the exact moment the store sends a formal "Order Confirmation" email to the consumer, accepting the offer to purchase.
IV. Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance and User Content
Single Electronic Point of Contact: For rapid, direct communication regarding the DSA, regulatory authorities and consumers may contact us at hello@arameia.com or +48 511 333 115. Official communication is supported in Polish and English.
Content Moderation & Product Reviews: The store allows users to submit product reviews via two distinct methods, subject to Omnibus Directive transparency requirements :
Verified Reviews: Users who submit a review while logged into the Shopify customer account used to execute the purchase are automatically verified as genuine purchasers.
Unverified Reviews: Users may also submit reviews using an open form requiring only a name and email address. The store does not verify whether reviews submitted via this open form originate from consumers who have actually used or purchased the product.
Users may flag illegal content or abusive reviews via hello@arameia.com. If a user's content is removed, the store will provide a detailed "Statement of Reasons" explaining the moderation decision, and the user has the right to an internal appeal.
V. Right of Withdrawal (B2C Consumers)
A consumer, as well as a natural person running a sole proprietorship (JDG) concluding a contract directly related to their business activity when the contract does not have a professional character for them, has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods..
"One-Click" Withdrawal: As of June 19, 2026, eligible buyers may easily execute this right by utilizing the automated "Return Item" button available in their user panel under "Orders & Returns".
To process a return, goods must be sent to: Sebastiana Klonowica 16/11, Lublin 20-442 Poland. The direct cost of returning the goods in the event of a standard 14-day withdrawal is borne entirely by the consumer.
VI. Statutory Warranty (Rękojmia) and Complaints
The store is obliged to deliver products in conformity with the contract. In the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, consumers (and sole proprietors acting on consumer rights) are entitled to legal remedies provided for under the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
Complaints regarding defective products can be submitted entirely electronically via email to hello@arameia.com. Consumers are encouraged to attach photographic or video evidence of the defect to expedite processing.
The store will respond to the consumer's complaint within 14 days.
Any safety warnings or manufacturer hazard data are displayed on the individual product pages prior to purchase.
VII. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Consumers have the right to use extrajudicial means of dealing with complaints and redress. We voluntarily agree to participate in out-of-court dispute resolution procedures before the competent entity.
Consumers in the Lublin region may apply for dispute resolution to the Provincial Inspectorate of the Trade Inspectorate (WIIH) in Lublin, reachable at sekretariat@ihlublin.pl or via their portal at www.ihlublin.pl.
For cross-border disputes, international consumers can seek assistance in English through the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) at eccnet.eu.
VIII. Business-to-Business (B2B) Provisions
The provisions in this Section VIII apply exclusively to customers who are not consumers and who do not qualify for consumer-rate protections under Polish law (i.e., standard corporate entities and sole proprietors making purchases of a strictly professional nature).
The statutory warranty (rękojmia) for physical and legal defects under the Polish Civil Code is entirely excluded.
There is no statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
The seller issues non-VAT invoices for corporate buyers.
Any disputes arising between the store and a B2B buyer will be settled by the court with jurisdiction over the store's registered headquarters.
